Dolphins Pearl is one of the most famous of Novomatic’s slots. Designed and released when Novomatic was still mainly known for its brick and mortar games, Dolphins Pearl can be found the world over. Familiar Graphics
The graphics in dolphin Pearl are the same ones that could be found on the brick and mortar version. The overall colour is not surprisingly a sea blue, with nothing behind the reels other than a blue gradient. The reels themselves have a white background which shows up the basic symbols. Undersea Theme
Dolphins Pearl is set in the dark blue watery realm of the ocean. Not all of the symbols are theme based, with Novomatic choosing to make the very bottom ones from a deck of mobile poker NZ cards. The usual 9 through to Ace are done with blue highlights but otherwise not that much else has gone into their design work. Next in line we have the theme based symbols that are all sea creatures. A lobster, a stingray a seahorse and a of course a fish have to be lined up from right to left in a row of identical symbols to create a winning line. As all of the nine paylines on Dolphins Pearl are fixed, this can happen on any of them to give you the win.
Dolphins Pearl Special Symbols and Free Spins
Dolphins Pearl has only two features. The first is the wild symbol that will replace all other symbols in the game except for the scatter. This wild is the dolphin of the games name, and can be found on any of the reels. Not only does out cetacean friend replace all other symbols, but he is also the highest paying symbol in the game, rewarding you handsomely for five of him in a row on a single payline from left to right.
The second feature is also taken from the games name. The pearl scatter can also be found anywhere on the screen, but doesn’t not have be in line. Three or more of these will give you fifteen free spins. During the free sins round all prizes are subjected to a three times multiplier, and all wild dolphins will double any wins that they form a part of.
